Age-by-Age Guide to Feeding Your Toddler
Your little one will be enjoying a wider variety of foods at this stage, but make sure that you don't overwhelm it by offering too much too soon. Introduce new foods one at a time, giving your child 3 days before introducing the next new food item to make sure your child isn't allergic. To help you determine what and how much you need to feed your toddler as it grows older, we've provided a basic guide of which foods and amounts are suitable for each age group starting from age 12 to 36 months. Don't worry if your child doesn't eat the full amount or more than what is specified below, as this is only meant to be a basic guideline. If you need more information, consult your pediatrician or child nutrition specialist.
